move some wip packages into the main repo

Description

Hi,

Some robotpkg-wip packages are no longer WIPs, so I think we should move them to the main project.
For now, I am thinking of:
- eiquadprog
- example-robot-data
- py-example-robot-data
- curves
- py-curves
- py-quadprog (0.1.7 is available, but this should not be an issue: https://github.com/rmcgibbo/quadprog/compare/e00d83e18fc5eaf4196a5c72abb40c2ea7ac4748...master)
- py-crocoddyl
- py-hpp-environments
- tsid
- py-tsid

Atfer that, I should be able to make a new release of HPP, and we will also be ablo to move them to the main repo :)
