Description

Hi,

The branch https://github.com/nim65s/robotpkg/tree/topic/hpp45 contains several commits to:
- update robots/romeo-description to v0.5.1
- update math/{py-,}pinocchio to d2.1.2
- update hpp-fcl to v1.0.2
- update HPP to v4.5.0
- remove the package path/hpp-wholebody-step-corba, whose content has been put in other parts of the HPP ecosystem
- add some SYSTEM_PKG.Arch

Build has been tested on Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04 & 18.04, fedora 27 & 28, and arch.
