Change the name of ros package from pkg to pkg-genom3

Description

This is to be consistent with the .pc file name, and also because the
ros naming convention assumes that a message type is pkg-name/file for a
file.msg in a pkg-name package.

This will fix the #pragma masquerade when used with genom3-ros
types.

The ros/client/ros now creates a pkg_ros package (using pkg-genom3 was not possible because ros forbids - in package names).
It is now possible to use #pragma masquerade with types from genom3 components.
