Post-Installation : udev rules to control access to the USB device

After installing the libraries (either manually, or via robotpkg, copy ${PREFIX}/share/examples/daqflex-libs/udev/99-daqflex.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d as root to grant access to the device to all users.

The device needs to be un-plugged and re-plugged for this setting to be taken into account.
