pom::add_measurement missing input

Description

If I don't explicitly specify the offset of the reference frame in pom::add_measurement, e.g. "0,0,0,0,0,0", I get the error "Error using pom::add_measurement missing input value for argument `x'". If I explicitly specify the offset there is no problem. I don't know if this is intended, but it seems the default value "0,0,0,0,0,0" is not working as a default.
