Add an emergency state in the servo activity automata (or main perm automata?).

Description

When the position is lost, change the control to attempt an emergency "landing".

When I use hippo and make a fault injection (delaying POM), I would like the Hippo Fiacre monitor to be able to jump in this particular activity automata state.
