Description

Should not goto, waypoint, etc throw an exception (e.g. e_limits) when we request positions outside the bounding box as set by set_bounds?

The semantics of libkdtp is to clip the positions inside the bounding
box. I'm not sure why this is so, but the maneuver-genom3 component
respects this.

Should this be changed?
