Hi,
This is the only missing system package for http://robotpkg.openrobots.org/rbulk/robotpkg-wip/wip/talos-dev/ on those platforms. Could it be installed ?
Otherwise, we can put the PREFER on robotpkg :)

The dependencies are installed, but the problem is more in the
py-talos-dev package. According to
http://robotpkg.openrobots.org/rbulk/robotpkg-wip/wip/talos-dev/talos-dev-20171009/Ubuntu-16.04-x86_64/sysdep.html
the system search directories seem corrupted by something (it's not
looking in /opt/ros/*). Looking at the Makefile there are weird things
like $UBUNTUDISTRO which is probably not the right thing either.
