Hi,

As raised here https://github.com/stack-of-tasks/pinocchio/issues/884, it looks like it would be good to update the apt repository only when all the jobs are done for a particular distribution.

TL;DR: following #213, eigenpy was build, and 1.6.0 is available, but pinocchio is not yet ready, and the old version depend on version between 1.4.3 & 1.5.1, so apt fails.
