Make message server more stable

Description

If two clients register with the same name, if the two disconnect the server will segfault.

This happens when a first disconnects, as soon as the second disconnects it crashes.

A bug related is that if one starts MsgServer? when an instance is already running the message appears :
shuting down server...
But nothing happens then.
