Hi,

Some casadi users want to use fatrop, so here a 3 simple commits for this.

Pushed, thanks!

Some minor fixes, in particular to compile blasfeo on something else
than Linux and install headers to a subdir or in casadi to properly
find blasfeo using config mode (and inherit
INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES).
