Description

Hello,

We would need a binary for py27-tiago-tutorials on 18.04.
Could you install ros-melodic-perception-pcl on the 18.04 VM ?

Also, a binary for py38-prf-ros-control{,lerss} on 20.04 could help.
Could you add ros-noetic-control-toolbox, ros-noetic-four-wheel-steering-msgs & ros-noetic-urdf-geometry-parser on the 20.04 VM ?
