Hi,
This branch contains update for HPP & pinocchio.
The main point is to provide binary packages for python 3.
hpp-core has compilation issues with fedora 28 & archlinux, but I suggest to fix that later.

I updated this branch, to ensure that only python-dependent package would be renamed and use the ${PKGTAG.python-} prefix.
