Description
Hi,
We have some new releases for these packages, which includes some patches from robotpkg, fix compatibility with eigen 3.3.5, and add a few new features.

It seems that this update would break at least hpp-pinocchio because
of an API change:
hpp-pinocchio-4.1/include/hpp/pinocchio/liegroup.hh:35:60: error:
'JointModelRevolute' is not a member of 'se3'
So it would probably be better to fix this beforehand?

The branch https://github.com/nim65s/robotpkg/commits/master has been updated with the release v1.3.1 of pinocchio & v4.2.0 of HPP, which should be compatible :)

I had to add a bunch of local patches to fix some compile issues.
Please check in particular patch-aa in path/hpp-core, as it might fix
a wrong matrix size spotted by eigen-3.3.5 (or the patch might be
totally wrong, but there is an issue there anyway).
